How do I end the day?

To access your Cashier Reports in the Shopbox app, follow these simple steps:

  1. Open the Shopbox app on your device.
  2. Navigate to the "Cashier Reports" section from the main menu.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to view, download, or print your reports.

How do I add products to Shopbox?

There are several ways to add products to Shopbox, with the most common methods being:

  1. My.Shopbox

    • Navigate to the product catalog on my.shopbox.com and click the green "+" icon in the top right corner.
  2. Shopbox App

    • Open the Shopbox app, find the small "edit" icon in the top right corner of the screen, and click "Add Product."

You can also import products from other integrated software or a spreadsheet. If you need help, feel free to contact Shopbox support.
