As a Shopbox customer, you get access to valuable data that gives you insight into your business. But what exactly is this data and how can you use it? We give you the overview here, so you know exactly what you are getting.
Real-time data insights and reports
The Shopbox point-of-sale system is cloud-based, meaning you always have your finger on the pulse with immediate online access to all sales data, stock status, personnel overview, and customer insights. Below you will find a simple overview of the various data categories in myShopbox.
Financial Overview
As a business owner, it is always important to keep track of the company’s finances and we have tried to make it as easy as possible for you to create an overview. Under the financial overview, you get insight into:
- Number of transactions
- Total revenue and revenue per transaction
- Number of new customers and the total number of registered customers
In addition, you have the option to sort by category and items, including an overview of your gross sales, number of items sold, net sales, VAT, discounts and turnover margin.
Sales and Reports
It must be easy and clear to handle your data, so it can be nice to have data collected in one place. We have ensured you can download your data in a comprehensive report. Under sales and reports, you have the option to download:
- Revenue reports
- Inventory reports
- Transaction reports
- Expense reports
- Invoice reports
- VAT reports
Your access to the above reports helps you maintain an overview of your business and ensures effective monitoring of the company’s financial health.
Personnel management
Under personnel management, you can create, delete, and manage your employees, so that your employees can handle customer service from their accounts. You can also get an insight into what your employees have sold divided by:
- Turnover
- Number of transactions
- Sold goods
- Cash turnover
- Card turnover
- Turnover with mixed payment
Warehouse
Under your stock overview, you can see all the data on your products. Here you can, among other things:
- View and adjust your stock status so you always have control over your stock.
- Set a warning for minimum stock so that you automatically receive a notification when the stock reaches this number.
With access to the above data, you always have the opportunity to follow your business development. myShopbox gives you a simple overview of all your data and helps you navigate what can otherwise seem like unmanageable amounts of data.
